Answer
Not as an APK — APKs are Android-only. For iPhone you have two routes: make your HTML a Progressive Web App that users add to the Home Screen from Safari (free, no App Store), or wrap it in a WKWebView app built with Xcode on a Mac and published through an Apple Developer account, where Apple's review expects more than a website wrapper.
| Route | Needs | Store listing |
|---|---|---|
| PWA (Add to Home Screen) | A manifest, https hosting | No |
| WKWebView / Capacitor app | Mac, Xcode, Apple Developer Program | Yes, after App Review |
The same HTML can serve both: an APK for Android and a hosted PWA for iPhone.
