Using the service
You may use this website, its tools and our builder apps to create Android apps from content you own or have the right to use. You must not use them to build apps that infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, distribute malware, or break Google Play policy or the law.
Your content and your apps
You keep all rights in your HTML, assets and the apps you build. You give us only the permission needed to process your project and produce the build. You are responsible for your app's content, store listing, privacy policy and Data safety declarations.
Guides and tools
Guides are provided for information and reflect our best understanding at the date shown. Store policies change; check the official source before relying on a requirement. Tools are provided as is.
Subscriptions
Pro is a subscription sold through Google Play and governed by Google Play's terms, including renewal, cancellation and refunds.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including app-store rejections or removals. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
